We had such a great experience working with Priscilla. From the start, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us (first time home buyers) through every step of the buying process. Priscilla's knowledge went far beyond the real estate market -- she helped us understand the inspection process, had excellent insight into insurance considerations (flood zones, roof age etc.) and even took our toddler's future school zones into thought. Her attention to detail & prompt communications made the entire experience seamless. Can't recommend her enough!

We worked with Priscilla over a period of almost six months as we searched for a new winter home near Daytona Beach. During this entire time period she was patient, professional and cheerful as she showed us properties and told us about the area. When we settled on a condo unit in Holly Hill, she worked with us in the negotiation with the owner to arrive at a mutually agreeable offer which was accepted by both parties. This continued through the close. When we moved in, she continued to assist us with contractors and local recommendations. We could not have had a better realtor and guide.

Priscilla went above and beyond helping me and my boyfriend on an investment property. He is a contractor and very demanding. It was a tax exchange sale also and she helped us with that. She dealt with a very unhelpful listing agent who did not lift a finger to sell this property. She had a hard time locating an old survey on the property and also which was all being done around the holidays so the wait for one could have taken months! I would definitely recommend Priscilla Chanfrau for your real estate needs!
